Founder of McClellan Nichols Sports Syndicate LLC in 1990, Bob McClellan is the ultimate veteran. Combining his passion for sports with his desire to positively impact those around him, he’s been dedicated to action sports and its athletes for nearly a quarter century. Having reviewed, revised, and/or drafted hundreds of sponsorship agreements between athletes and corporations, there’s nothing he hasn’t seen.

From license deals, media contracts, endorsements, appearances to review of corporate documents, partnerships, and real estate leases, McClellan’s clients have ranged from action sport to Olympic athletes in sports ranging from surf, skate and snowboard, motocross and Supercross to volleyball and water polo. With a Juris Doctorate degree from Western State University College of Law, he continues to practice law, focusing on transactional work related to business matters.
