Jay started out in the action sports arena as a professional snowboarder through the ’90s. His passion for the sport and eye for talent landed him a position in 2002 with Action Sports Management (ASM) as one of the few action sports agents in the field before moving over to The Sports Syndicate in 2004 to create a snow and skate division, which was acquired by Wasserman in 2015 where Isaacs worked for 8 years. Today, he has matured into one of the most sought-after Action Sports agents in the business and currently represents many of the best talents in the world.

Ninja has been instrumental in developing and producing programs for ESPN, ABC, Red Bull Media House and CBC. Jay has been executive producer on many highly successful films such as Danny Davis’ “All in a Dream”, “ARK” and “Radical Sabbatical,” Shred Bots Films’ “Light”, “FLYT”, “Shredtopia” and “Shred Bots The Movie,” Mark McMorris’ films “In Motion”, “Making Your Mark” and “Unbroken” and Torstein Horgmo’s “Horgasm: A Love Story,” as well as multiple authentic content initiatives with, ESPN, Outside TV, Slush Magazine and many more.
