Judd Henkes

One of the most talented and versatile action sports athletes, Judd Henkes’ extraordinary abilities on a skate, surf or snowboard are a testament to the man’s boundless talent.

Born and raised in La Jolla and Mammoth Mountain, Henkes has focused a majority of his career on competitive snowboarding, where he had his breakout year at just 14 years old when he won the Burton US Open Jr. Jam Halfpipe event, which earned him a spot in the pro division (where he went on to place 5th amongst a field of the best in the world).

Henkes has since moved on from the halfpipe to focus on slopestyle and big air and is currently an exclusive member of USA Snowboarding’s Pro Team, where he’s a favorite at any event. He’s also began to focus his energy outside of competition as he endeavors to become a content machine both in the surf and the backcountry.

He blew minds this year, charging massive surf in Indonesia to go along with footage he’s been stacking on snow for his content projects, which will surely be one of the most anticipated rider projects of the year.
