Growing up in the remote location of Tofino, Canada, Noah’s life revolved around nature and exploration from an early age. He matured into one of Canada’s premiere surfers, capturing multiple national titles and carving a niche for chasing waves in some of the coldest and most remote corners of the globe.

After over a decade as a professional surfer with long time partner Rip Curl, Noah jumped to the other side with the brand in 2021, becoming their sports marketing manager and relocating to San Clemente, California. Working with everyone from frothing groms to global surf superstars, Noah’s connection with the crew and infectious personality shined throughout his three-year tenure, and he now joins Framework with a well-rounded background in brand marketing, and a passion for athlete mentorship and support for the sport’s next generation.
