Develop snow-sport marketing program and build athlete ambassador team to maximize the campaign to launch the partnership with Protect Our Winters.

Framework developed a marketing and content strategy for the product launch in Fall 2023 and to ensure it's success, curated an athlete roster of the most trusted faces in snow-sports (Michelle Parker and Danny Davis).

Framework was trusted with complete responsibility and ownership of the approach, athlete team building and entire content production process. Framework also takes ongoing role of liaison between the athletes and Sanuk.

Sanuk was delivered a completed project that both exceeded all expectations and stayed within budget. Leading to a successful product launch, Sanuk was welcomed successfully into the snow-sports industry where they had not been before.
